Short Description:

Ball mill is the key equipment for grinding after the material is broken. The equipment is suitable for grinding all kinds of ores and other materials,both dry grinding and wet grinding.Mainly used in black, non-ferrous metal mining,building materials,chemical,electric power,coal,transportation,light industry and other industrial sectors.The ball mill produced by our company is supported by rolling bearings instead of bearing bush sliding bearings. According to the different discharging methods,it can be divided into two types:lattice type and overflow type.

The ball mill can be divided into two types of lattice type and overflow type according to different ore discharge ways.The machine is a two-bin lattice type ball mill.When the machine is working,the material is uniformly entered into the first bin of the mill by the feeding device through the feeding hollow shaft spiral. The bin is equipped with a step lining board or corrugated lining board, which is equipped with steel balls of different specifications. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the cylinder will bring the steel balls to a certain height and then drop down, resulting in a heavy blow and grinding to the material.After the material reaches coarse grinding in the first bin, it enters the second bin through the single-layer compartments board.The bin is inlaid with flat lining board and loaded with steel ball, and the material is further ground.The powder material is discharged through the discharging grate to complete the grinding operation.
