The temperature of this type drying oven is automatically adjusted by advanced TEA instrument, and the thermocouple extends into the studio for sensitive induction. The controller and all the electrical control equipment of the electric heater are controlled by the instrument, and the side door of the controller can be removed for the inspection or repair of the line.

The electric heater is installed in the box under the studio, divided into two groups, that is, "high temperature and low temperature", and there is an indicator light, the green light indicates that the electric heater is working, the box is heating, and the red light indicates that the heating stops.

 

Instructions for use

Preparation before use:

1. The box is placed indoors in a dry and horizontal place, without the use of other fixed devices.
2. A knife switch should be installed in the power supply line for this box, and a wire twice as thick as the power cord should be used as the ground wire.
3. Before power, check the electrical performance of the box first, and pay attention to whether there is a break or leakage phenomenon.
4. When everything is ready, you can put in the sample, close the door if necessary, you can rotate the exhaust valve, the gap is about 10 square meters.
5. Do not arbitrarily remove the side door, disturb or change the line, only when the box failure can remove the side door, according to the line one by one check. If there is a major failure, you can contact the factory.

Post-power use

6. After connecting the power supply, you can turn on the heating switch, and then the thermostat knob is indicated from the "0" position clockwise to "100". At this time, the box begins to heat up, and the indicator light shines for indication.
7. When the temperature rises to the required working temperature, turn until the green light is off, and then fine-tune until the green light is back on. The constant temperature is fixed at the point where the indicator light alternately turns on and off. At this time, you can make the knob as the fine-tuning indicator light to make it constant temperature (it is likely that when the temperature is constant, the temperature continues to rise, and the residual heat is still affected, this phenomenon will be stable for about half an hour). When the indoor temperature is stable (the so-called "constant temperature state"), the temperature controller can be adjusted slightly to reach the correct degree, and any operating temperature can be selected in this way.
8. When the temperature is constant, a set of heating switches can be turned off, leaving only a set of electric heaters to work, so as not to have too much power and affect the sensitivity of the box.
9. After the temperature is reached, it can be used for a certain time according to the experimental needs. In this process, the temperature controller in the box can automatically control the temperature without manual management.

 

Matters needing attention

1. This box is non-explosion-proof, so do not put inflammable items into the drying box to avoid explosion.
2. This product is made of metal sheet, electrostatic spray, galvanized sheet or stainless steel.
3. The average load of the test partition is 15 kg, and the test should not be too dense and overloaded when placing the test, and the test and other things should not be placed on the cooling plate to avoid affecting the air convection.
4. The installation position of each heating wire of the heater must be checked before use to prevent heat death overlap or collision accidents.

Instructions for use

1. This box must be connected to the ground with wires when it is installed. The ground wire must be clamped with an iron bar or iron pipe driven into the ground at the same time with screws to make good contact,
2. The power end should be equipped with a knife or similar switch, check whether the voltage is consistent, and convert the current size according to the total power, and connect the power cord and fuse of the corresponding specifications.
3. When the required constant temperature point is fixed, the processed material can be placed on the movable partition in the box. Then turn on the power switch on the left side, and the green indicator lights up. After that, the temperature in the box gradually rises until the desired constant temperature point is reached, and the red indicator light is turned off. In this way, after a long time, the red and green lights alternately go off. At this time, the temperature in the box can reach the required constant temperature point.
4. If the required constant temperature point is below 150 ° C, you can turn the high and low temperature switch on the left side of the box to "low temperature", and above 150 ° C, you can turn to "high temperature". The correct use of the high and low temperature switch can make the temperature in the box more uniform.

 

Matters needing attention

1. This box is non-explosion-proof, and the solid corrosive and inflammable items are prohibited from drying in the box to avoid causing explosion.
2. When using this box, the power supply voltage must be consistent with the rated working voltage of this box, otherwise it will cause damage to the electronic instruments in the box.
3. Do not disassemble the parts arbitrarily, so as not to damage the electrical wiring.
4. The ambient temperature of the container must not be higher than 45 ° C
5. If the case is faulty, it should be repaired by an electrician who is familiar with electronic instruments.

 

Protection and maintenance

1. Before use, check whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the rated working voltage of the box to avoid unnecessary damage.
2. Do not put the box in the corrosive environment containing acid and alkali, so as not to damage the electronic parts.
3. When you need to move the box, handle it with care to avoid loosening the internal electrical line contacts after severe vibration.
4. Protect the exterior paint of the box. Otherwise, it will not only affect the appearance of the box, but more importantly, it will shorten the life of the box.

 

In order to allow the user to check the general failure of this box, the following describes some troubleshooting methods when the fault occurs.

 

1. The box is connected to the power supply, the green light is on, and after a period of time, there is no warming phenomenon. At this time, it is necessary to check whether the electric heating wire connector at the bottom of the box is loose or burned, and replace the electric heating wire if necessary
2. If the green light is not on after the power is switched on, there is no contactor connection sound, because the voltage used is the same as that of the model, or because it falls off at the connection point of the transport wire.

3.101 is connected with a blower motor. If the switch to the blower does not blow, check whether the fan connecting screw and connecting spring fall off first. If everything is normal and the wind has not yet blown, you can turn the motor by hand after the power is cut to see whether the wind blade card is main, and on the contrary, ask the electrician to check the line.
