Introduction of structure
XFD-12 laboratory flotation machine is composed of the following main components: lifting mechanism, stepless transmission mechanism, body part, stator, rotor part and control switch. All components are connected to the vertical column. The main shaft rotates in the clockwise direction, the motor drives the impeller to rotate through the main shaft, and the gearbox handwheel can be rotated to adjust the speed of the impeller. Adjust the inverter knob to set the impeller speed.
The main shaft lifting is driven by the motor gear through the gear box, drive the lift to the required position, press the stop switch. When descending, press the descending button, because of the travel switch, it will automatically stop when it reaches the bottom.
The tank body is fixed on the square hole of the base by four cylindrical pins at the bottom of the tank.
Note: When lifting conversion, it is necessary to press the stop button before converting the lifting work. Do not stay away from the operator during lifting operation.
Installation, adjustment, operation method
The flotation machine is installed on the work table, and the level can be adjusted by four base screws;
When the motor is connected, the direction of gas rotation should be checked and the main shaft impeller driven by the motor should be rotated in a clockwise direction;
The speed of the flotation machine is regulated by the frequency converter. The machine can also adjust the speed when running; The speed can be displayed on the LCD meter of the control board.
In addition, the machine is equipped with a shaking handle, which can also be required or fine-tuned to adapt to the mixing conditions. It should be noted that before the electric lifting, the handle should be pulled out and then folded to the inside of the shaking wheel to prevent injury to personnel in the electric lifting, and the personnel should not be close to the shaking wheel when the electric lifting is carried out.
The impeller, stator and hollow shaft are replaceable. The impeller is connected with the right screw of the main shaft, the stator is connected with the left screw of the hollow sleeve, and the hollow shaft is connected with the left screw of the machine head.
The circulating cylinder is connected with the stator equally by three rubber belts.
Maintenance and precautions
The valve on the hollow shaft is the main valve for the gas path to be cut off and connected, and the valve on the flowmeter is the fine-tuning valve. Pay attention to the opening and closing sequence to prevent the pulp from rushing into the flowmeter. When opening, it should be: start the motor - open the main valve - open the fine-tuning valve; Shutdown should be: Close the main valve - power off motive.
The sealing ring at the upper end of the hollow shaft should be checked regularly to prevent the pulp from leaking into the bearing due to its damage.
After installation and maintenance, the air tightness in the clean water should be checked at the beginning of operation, that is, after closing the main valve, starting the main shaft, no bubbles are released around the stator after starting, the water added should be consistent with the nominal volume of the tank, and its speed is the highest speed when the air is not squeezed from the circulation cylinder.
After the flow meter is removed from the system, the inspiratory capacity of the machine changes greatly, which should be paid attention to when using.
