Short Description:

1. Usage:
XFDII type flotation machine is used in the laboratory for the flotation of a small amount of ore samples in geology, metallurgy, building materials, chemical and other industrial laboratories.
2.Structure Introduction:
XFDII series flotation machine is composed of the following main components

(1) Frame (2) supporting plate (3) tank body (4) mixing part (5) scraping part (6) Spindle part (7) shield (8) motor (9) flowmeter (10) control switch (11) scraper switch (12) Frequency converter (13) adjustment knob (14) Inflation switch (15) Temperature control switch.

All parts are fastened to the body, and the main shaft rotates clockwise to produce three different speeds through different belt groove spindles; The rotation of the scraper is driven by the scraper motor through the pulley, and the position of the scraper can be adjusted by the dish nut.

3.Operation Sequence:

1), Connect to the power supply in accordance with the regulations; 
2),Test boot:
Check the direction of spindle rotation, must be clockwise rotation, if not, should change the phase sequence of the power supply, so that the motor can start to work after clockwise rotation.
First pour the mineral sample and water mixture into the tank, start the motor, the spindle rotates, the impeller in the tank begins to stir, and then open the valve for inflation, after adding the required agent, the foam can be formed. Switch on the scraper motor switch to rotate the scraper, then the foam can be scraped out of the notch, the material box is placed on the work table, the foam can be scraped out after treatment, you can get the required mineral species.

 4. Operation of Frequency Converter:

1. After the equipment is powered on normally, the converter can be started only after the operation box of the converter displays normal Arabic digits.
2. If the frequency converter needs to be started, press the green button (RUN) on the operation box to start the frequency converter.
3. If speed regulation is needed, the potentiometer can be rotated on the operation panel. The clockwise direction is the maximum speed, and the reverse direction is zero (normal speed display 0-2800).
4. ToSTOP the device,press the red button (STOP/RESET).
5. If the operation box of the converter shows abnormal English letters, it can be RESET by pressing the red button (STOP/RESET). If it cannot be reset, it can be powered off until there is no display on the panel.

 6. Operation and maintenance:

1), before each work, we should first check to see whether the notch is blocked, whether the impeller falls off and the belt collocation, screw connection, and then start to work.
2),Lubricating oil should be added to the joint of each rotation, and grease should be changed at least once in three months at the bearing. (The melting point of grease should be greater than or equal to 100 degrees)
3),After each use, to clean the tank body, impeller, and dry; Keep the machine durable, clean and beautiful.
4),When replacing the impeller stator, first unscrew the impeller, then loosen the fastening screws of the stator and the lower body, and replace the impeller and the stator with a new one.
5),Moving the flotation machine, the point of emphasis should be on the body, not on any parts, so as to avoid damage.
6),Working temperature of flotation tank is 15-50 degrees
7),The heating rod is prohibited from running without pulp.
